SIGNATURE | RADICAL – In this section we offer a selection of our signature cocktails crafted by our
SM23 mixologists by using molecular technique in our foams and grilled juices as well as a radical use of ice: using giant ice spheres and double frozen ice.

Burnt Lemon & Vanilla Margarita
burnt lemon deliciously married with vanillainfusedpatron anejo tequila, cointreau,
finished with a hint of demerera syrup – served straight up.

Scorched Lime & Ginseng Daiquiri
ten care rum shaken with freshly charred lime juice & finished with grilled ginseng and a whisper of ginseng liqueur – served in a couplet glass.

SM23 Colada
a simple but radical fusion of premium light and dark rums with a subtle amount of apricot and passion fruit liqueurs, balanced with pressed pineapple and orange juices, and lightly crowned with over proof rum – served straight up atop a nitrogen charged coconut foam & finished with toasted coconuts.

SM23 Cuba Libre
a simple yet cutting edge twist on this classic cocktail – we simply pour a healthy amount of myers dark rum over one of our homemade SM23 cuba libre sphere, ass a twish of fresh lime –
served short with a side of cola

SM23 Espresso Martini
an invigorating marriage of freshly charged espresso and kahlua with a bit of vanilla and a
healthy measure of belvedere vodka – served straight up with a nitrogen charged espresso
foam and roasted espresso beans

PRE
Our pre-dining cocktail selection may be enjoyed both as an aperitif style experience and equally regarding sampled on their own where there light invigorating flavors maybe trailed.
Asian Influence- a mouthwatering blend of freshly plucked lychees and freshly pressed apple juice perfectly married with fresh ginger and kaffir lime, and spiked with belvedere vodka –
served long over crushed ice

English Garden
succulent green apples perfectly balanced with fresh ripe cucumber and freshly pressed apple juice, spiked with Plymouth gin and elderflower cordial –
served straight up.

Pink Grapefruit & Rose Mojito
slapped mint leaves and pink grapefruit
muddled with rose syrup, then shaken with ten cane rum and ruby red grapefruit juice – served long over crushed ice.

Raspberry Bellini
a hint of belvedere vodka shaken with freshly pressed raspberries and chambord with a layer of champagne elegantly layered atop, SM23 style– served in a champagne flute

Raspberry & Lemongrass Martini
plump fresh raspberries muddles then shaken with belvedere vodka, japanese sake, crθme de framboise, and finished with homemade lemongrass syrup & freshly squeezed lemon juice –
served straight up

SM23 Bellini
belvedere vodka muddled with fresh ginger and lychees with a trickle of elderflower cordial, shaken with champagne layered atop, SM23 Style.
